The purpose of this fund is to provide financial support for graduate students from any discipline who are attending conferences in the area of Human-Computer Interaction. Preference will be given to students presenting papers or posters at the CHI conference. Funding will be granted at the discretion of the Directors of the Human Computer Interaction Master’s program. Eligible expenses will include but are not limited to travel, accommodation and conference registration fees. Established in 1990 by friends, co workers, and relatives of the late Hendrika Alice Eisen, a graduate student in the Department of Psychology who was working in the interdisciplinary area of computer interface design.
