Awarded annually to deserving students in the Honours Mathematics program who are in need of financial assistance. Recipients will have demonstrated financial need, must be Canadian Citizens or permanent residents of Canada (landed immigrant or a protected person), and must meet OSAP’s Ontario Residency requirements. Endowed in 1997 by Dr. Paul Mandl, retired member of the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, and his colleagues.
