Awarded annually to undergraduate students in demonstrated financial need who are entering or continuing in any degree program within the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. Preference will be given to students who are dependents of Canadian Armed Forces members. Endowed in 2026 by Paul Russell BAHons/74 and Bonita Russell BA/74.
