Awarded annually by the Dean of Graduate and Postdoctoral Affairs to graduate students in demonstrated financial need entering or continuing in any graduate degree program. Eligible recipients will be Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada. Recipients will be chosen by the awards committee of the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Affairs from a list of candidates recommended by each department. Endowed in 1992 by members and friends of Carleton University’s Board of Governors on the occassion of Carleton’s 50th anniversary.
