Awarded annually by the Dean of Graduate and Postdoctoral Affairs to outstanding graduate students entering or continuing in any degree program at Carleton University who are from a Commonwealth country other than Canada. Eligible recipients will demonstrate their intent to use their studies to contribute to the development of their country of origin. Recipients will be chosen by the awards committee of the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Affairs from a list of candidates recommended by each department.
