Overview

The Carleton Ravens Men’s Soccer program has continued to grow in strength, purpose, and community impact. Over the past year, we have expanded our reach beyond competition—launching new initiatives that support athlete development, mentorship, and education.

The Ravens environment has become a model of sustained excellence and opportunity, as reinforced during our our Showcase ID Camp that drew 25 talented players (resulting in one 2025 recruit and five who joined our Winter curriculum).

This fall, we also launched our first-ever Men’s Soccer Docu-Series, giving a second-year media student unrestricted access to capture the team’s journey through preseason, league play, and playoffs—an authentic look at the culture, values, and heart of what it means to be a Raven.

Our focus remains clear: to build student-athletes who thrive on the field, in the classroom, and in the community. The Men’s Soccer Excellence Fund ensures that our players have the tools, resources, and technology to perform, learn, and lead at the highest level.

The Rollout

This season, our primary goal is to enhance our performance analytics and athlete development systems.
Funds raised through this campaign will support:

• Acquisition of third-party performance analytics platforms (video and tracking software) to provide in-depth match and player insights.

• Expansion of our Winter Futsal Program, including entry into the Quebec Futsal League with two teams for elite-level competition.

• Development of educational and leadership programs, such as workshops, film review sessions, and mentoring opportunities with alumni and professionals.

• Continued investment in the Men’s Soccer Docu-Series project, providing experiential learning opportunities for Carleton media students while promoting our athletes’ stories.

Each contribution helps us create a data-informed, athlete-centered environment that fuels success in both sport and life.
